CLiKX   is a play on the word “clicks”. The founder’s brief to engineers she was working with at the start, was that the ventilation tube insertion surgery should be performed with a simple click of a button, and in the short time it takes to say “click”.

CLiKX   is the world’s first robotic, fully automated and sensor-optimised hand-held surgical applicator that will revolutionize ventilation ear tube surgery. Unlike current surgeries, CLiKX   aims to reduce the need for general anesthesia and the surgical microscope, moving surgeries out of the operating room to an outpatient setting like a clinic or procedure room.
